Per phone conversation with residency coordinator, dinner gathering Thursday night at 7PM, interview Friday morning 7AM til about noon, followed by hospital tour which should conclude about 2PM.

Just received the packet in the mail today (going 11/30). Ditto above. Hotel information is New Haven Hotel $69 and Courtyard by Marriott $79 - both of which are apparently very close to the hospital. The closest airport is Tweed (they have very few airlines), followed by Hartford/Bradley, and NY-LGA (accessible by amtrak train, but per friend who went to yale, takes forever to get to new haven).
