I went to FREIDA and looked up some programs. Some of them said "No" under "Accepting applications for next year." Specifically I was looking at U of New Mexico. I also noticed HJD and UW had the same thing.

Is this to be taken literally? Are they not offering spots next year? I didn't make sense.
