As a full-time research fellow, you will:
- Design and execute retrospective and prospective clinical studies
- Prepare and submit IRB protocols
- Draft and revise manuscripts for publication
- Perform statistical analyses
- Collaborate with medical students, residents, and faculty
- Attend and present at quarterly research meetings
- Observe surgeries and outpatient clinics
Candidate Profile
- Medical student between their 3rd and 4th year
- Strong academic record and a genuine interest in pediatric orthopaedics
- Excellent organizational, writing, and communication skills
- Prior research or publication experience preferred but not required
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team
