Regions Hospital is seeking a qualified candidate to fill 1 Spine Surgery Fellowship position for the 2015-2016 academic year.
The Regions Hospital Integrated Spine Fellowship is offered as a joint experience between the Departments of Orthopaedic Surgery and Neurological Surgery, and has a strong affiliation with the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. This one year fellowship provides an extensive clinical evaluation and treatment experience in the comprehensive care of patients with disorders of the spine. More than 1,100 spine procedures are performed annually through the sponsoring program.

The fellow can expect exposure to patients with degenerative spinal conditions, spinal deformity, spine trauma & spinal cord injury, and spine tumors.
Successful completion of the fellowship includes the execution of at least one research project. To accomplish this goal, the fellow will have access to the HealthPartners Neuroscience Research Center. This lab features state-of-the art resources and we also have a dedicated Clinical Research Team based at Regions Hospital who is available to help with the administration and operation of all research.
