We are pleased to announce the Charles E. Silberstein Research Fellowship in the Johns Hopkins Department of Orthopaedic Surgery beginning in the summer of 2016 for 1st and 2nd year medical students.
The Silberstein Research Fellowship will support a student who will perform a clinical orthopaedic research project for 2-3 months each summer. Eligible students should be in the first two years of medical school. They will work with Hopkins Pediatric Orthopaedic faculty and the Poggi Research Fellow to bring a project to substantial completion and eventual publication. They will also be involved in the Educational Program of the Division of Pediatric Orthopaedics. The starting date is Summer 2016 and is flexible to meet the candidate’s calendar.
