(Nasdaq:ATEC), the parent company of Alphatec Spine, Inc., a global provider of spinal fusion technologies, announced today that the Company’s Arsenal Cortical Bone Fixation system, Arsenal CBx, has successfully been used in over fifty patients during its limited market release, which began in the second quarter of 2015. The Arsenal CBx system provides surgeons with an alternative procedure to traditional pedicle screw placement, by utilizing a midline approach and cortical bone trajectory to achieve maximum fixation through a less-invasive procedure.
