Madigan Army Medical Center Announces Requests for Prospective Resident Applications for 2009/2010

Medical Students interested in Orthopaedic Residency are encouraged to schedule rotations at the premier military orthopaedic residency program in the United States.  Madigan Army Medical Center (MAMC) is accepting medical students for 3-6 week rotations on the orthopaedic service beginning immediately for those students applying for residency beginning in 2010.

MAMC Orthopaedics offers three residency positions per year for medical students on HPSP (Health Profession Scholarship Program) scholarships.  This strong program includes balanced, well-rounded training in all facets of orthopaedics, multiple research opportunities and outstanding faculty in a state-of-the art facility located in a beautiful locale in the Puget Sound.  The program boasts a 97% program score on the annual in-training exam and a near 100% first time pass rate on the orthopaedic board exam.  Qualified prospective applicants are strongly urged to visit for a rotation.
