Cincinnati - Very hands on, trauma heavy, great peds experience, chairman is well known and very nice, city seemed great when I visited.

UWash. Huge names in every field, Seattle is sweet, and you can't touch the R2 experience on trauma. Tough residency but well worth it, IMHO.
