This Phase 3 study is a 6 month study designed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of tofacitinib (CP-690,550) as a treatment for psoriatic arthritis (PsA). In particular, the study will compare the efficacy of 2 doses of tofacitinib versus placebo for treatment of rheumatological signs and symptoms of PsA, as well as physical function status and preservation of joint structure.
