I just finished up my third year and had my 12 week surgery rotation the last block of my third year. I just received the final grade and it was just a Satisfactory!! My school has a sat, high sat and honors system. Do i even have a chance anymore, or should i just forget about trying to match ortho???

Relax. You can still match. You need to find out what it was that caused you to just "pass" surgery. Was it a low shelf score? Performance on the floors? Talk to those that evaluated you to get some feedback. You want to get on this before you start your ortho rotations so you can have whatever it was corrected.

The biggest things PD''s look at:

1. Performance on away rotations

2. Step one score.

I know of a good amount of folks who didn't honor surgery who matched ortho the first time (including me). Don't sweat it, but have a good answer if they ask you about it (only 1 program out of all my interviews brought it up).
