If you are interested in checking out the NYC/Northern NJ area I'm sure something can be arranged at UMDNJ-New Jersey Medical School in Newark, NJ. We take someone from california/west coast almost every year. Most residents live in the Hoboken/Jersey City area, so we can be in NYC in 15 mins.
