I did a nice advanced gross anatomy elective as a fourth year at the University of Iowa. It was basically dissection at will, self study only. So we came and went anytime of day which was nice. However, that was in 1994. I'm not sure if it still available.

Case Western has a four week musculoskeletal anatomy elective that goes over all the anatomy as well as surgical approaches and what not, i think. I remember I got an email about it a few months ago. Forget the details though, check their site, it should be there somewhere.

u mich has a month long "clinical anatomy of the musculoskeletal system" that is mostly dissection based and self-study.
