Orthopaedic Knowledge Online (OKO) is another great resource and is provided free to all Orthopaedic Surgery residents in the U.S. so you can get one of the residents in your program to get you on - it's very useful and has actual surgical procedures as well as more "textbook chapter" reviews. I'm obviously biased since I am the Section Editor for the Shoulder and Elbow section but do feel it is a great resource.

fxrx,

are you familiar with the previous bonegraf.com website that talked about tips for applying for ortho residency, etc? It used to be located at the link you mentioned. I was trying to see if it has a new web address now. Thanks.
