I see a potental conflict if I am lucky and get a UCSF offer. I've read the recent posts on Case and it sounds like an excellent program, but I haven't seen any recent info on UCSF. I don't need any info about the cities as I already know both. I am looking at it as solely a program quality decision.

I've read old posts on UCSF. are there any UCSF residents, students, or rotators out there who would like to comment? even second hand info. I need something to base my decision on. I appreciate any info.

You definitely can't go wrong with either place. When you get to that high level, the quality of education is probably not that much of a difference. Case probably has a stronger research base but UCSF is not to far behind. The both provide well guided hands on experience. It will probably just come down to your gut feeling about where you will like to spend five years. Post graduate opportunities about the same. Congrats and good luck.

I agree that both programs are strong. I'd pick UCSF because of the location.
