I was curious about which "esteemed academic programs" (blah blah) are swamped with fellows and which ones have less. Any thoughts?

P.S. "for your sanity I have not included in the question stem the words: chances, tiers, or Step One score."

i rotated at rush and harvard and both have a large number of fellows (esp harvard). that said, the residents did not seem to feel effected for the most part (trauma at harvard was an exception--residents dont operate much until they are pgy5s). rush has fellows only in joints, spine, and sports. i rotated in sports and a buddy of mine on joints and we both had good experiences. the residents at rush are very capable surgeons coming out.
