I just want to get some of your thoughts as to which books are good for embryo, biochem, behavioral sci, ect......basically all of the relatively low yield areas on step I. I've talked to a couple people that have said just using First Aid is good enough, while others use FA supplement with one of BRS/BSS/pretest/NMS/ect.
Any advice would be appreciated.
Thanks,

I just used the Kaplan lecture books (w/o the actual lectures) and 1st aid. that was enough. The Kaplan Q-bank is pretty good regarding the Behavioral Science questions.

Here are my two cents for the low yield areas of Step I

First, I do no think that Biochem is low yield. It is important to know it well as it shows up more than you think. I thought that FA and High Yield Biochem was ample.

Second, Behav. Science should also be supplemented with High Yield. These questions seem like gimmes and they should be if you don't blow it off.

Finally, FA is all you need for embryo. Every question I had on Step I came straight outta FA. Good luck!

i completely agree with peebs and irondoc for those subjects

i would also add the step up book to tie everything together the month or so before you take the boards

the flow charts on step up are awesome for the boards

hope that helps
