I am studying my 3 year in a non-LCME medical School (Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara). I want to now if that affect in my eligibility when applying to an orthopedic residency program.

What is better? Try to transfer to a LCME accredited school or work to get a good rotation.

This limits my option in the future?

If some one can give an advice I will appreciate. Thanks?

Do not know if this wil help, but.....As a foreign grad you will have a VERY hard time getting interviews to ortho programs in the US. It would be much better to transfer to a US school and graduate here. I met one person on the interview trail that started medical school at St. George and then transferred after his third year (He said that to transfer you must rock Step I). Yes, he had to repeat his third year, but he got some credit for his fourth year electives...
