When I applied last year these programs mentioned step 2 on their websites:
1. Long Island Jewish
2. Albany
3. Duke
Now I am not sure if they outright required your step 2 scores but they did mention it on their website. I think if you already do well on those tests then just do it and get it out of the way. Last year a bunch of applicants that I knew who had rockstar step 1 scores took step 2 early just to have a more complete application.
