For you 4th years, your ROLs are in and you're patiently awaiting match day. Other than some anxiety I'm sure life is good right now... why not take the time to evaluate some of the programs you rotated or interviewed at?
Orthogate is a great resource but the Residency Review portion of this website is severely lacking. For instance, there are 11 programs in California, and many people from all over the country rotate at them, and there are about three programs with completed evaluations (and they're all a few years old). Take 20 minutes and help out the students that are beginning to think about where they want to do their aways in the next couple of years.
