Congratulations to everyone who matched!
I am looking for some advice on how to prepare for the physical demands of orthopaedics - hoisting limbs, holding toes when applying splints, wielding hammers, pronation/supination when driving home screws. I'm aware that there are different ways to train, and that generally I need to work on both strength and endurance in static positions.
Can anyone recommend a specific plan to help me? Or work with me to develop one?
I'm a runner, and occasionally I do some Insanity. I'm hoping to start using free weights in April.
