The house is located on Capitol Hill/First Hill just south of Madison Market
and Trader Joeâs. 2 blocks to major bus routes. Great neighborhood- safe, quiet, and close to shops, coffee, movies, etc.
I live in the house and rent the other 2 bedrooms; we all share the kitchen
and main bathroom. One bedroom has a ½ bath, the other bedroom has itâs ownsink. House layout makes for much privacy.
