Does anybody have any info on the Wayne State program? Is it still going? Can I select it on ERAS?

I've only heard bits and pieces about things up in Detroit through the rumor mill. Any info would be appreciated. Thanx!

Thanx for the info. I didn't know what the latest news was. I'm from Michigan, but went down south for med school and had thought about going back home for residency. I thought I remember seeing a post about WSU starting up again, but I can't access it since the forums went down and had to be rebuilt.

Check out the William Beaumont program in Royal Oaks. I interviewed up there not knowing much about it and ended up really impressed by it. Many more staff than residents. Deep coverage of all sub-specialties, even in smaller ones, like multiple spine staff, a couple foot and ankle staff, and 2 or 3 tumor attendings. I'd highly recommend it for someone like yourself that is interested in going to MI.
