Considering that all programs have their deadlines around 15th Oct, could you guys tell me when the programs send out invitations?

many programs have deadline on Nov 1 - usually they need 1-2 weeks for the selection process

Look at last years list of when interviews were sent out. That should tell you a lot.

It's under the interview section, and the topic is interviews 2005-2006.
