The Orthopaedic and Rehabilitation Department at New York Hospital Queens is hiring a Research Coordinator.

Description

Research Coordinator will coordinate and manage multi site investigational patient studies and clinical research activities of the orthrpaedics surgery division. Responsibilities include coordination of clinical trials, gathering primary clinical data from electronic and paper medical records and physician interview, entry of the data into orthopaedics surgery network database, coordination with the IRB and other regulatory agencies for clinical trials, handling of intraoperative tissue for banking, and will assist with proposal of scientific manuscripts.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree required.
• Minimum two years related work experience.
• Clinical research experience required.
• Experience as a Study Coordinator with research, drug device studies and IRB interaction preferred.
