Orthopedic Spine Surgeon Opportunity - Orthopedic & Sports Enhancement Centers

This is an outstanding opportunity for a well-qualified Spinal Surgeon to make a significant impact on one of Illinois largest and most progressive orthopedic and sports medicine practices. This surgeon will be a leader within the practice and play a significant role in the overall establishment and growth the Center’s Spinal Surgery Practice.

Orthopedic & Sports Enhancement Centers was founded in 1997 and provides complete orthopedic care: spine and back, knee replacement, sports medicine, workers compensation and personal injury and physical therapy. The Center provides on-site Physician consultations, MRI, X-Ray, sports specific enhancement programs along with a state of the art sports practice facility.

Orthopedic & Sports Enhancement Center will consider a current, practicing surgeon or a new graduate. For either professional this practice provides an outstanding environment in which to establish a significant and thriving practice that will make a real impact in Central Illinois.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

• Board Certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery
• Demonstrated ability to perform clinically in spine surgery
• Board Certified/Board Eligible by the American Board of Spine Surgery
• Possess or be eligible for an Illinois Medical License
• The ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Specializing in Orthopedic Spine Surgery. (Both practicing MDs and Fellows are encouraged)
• The ability and desire to play a visible, leadership role within the community

We are looking for a well-qualified, soon to be graduating spine fellows who are already board certified in orthopedic practice to join this practice as their sole Spine Surgeon. As well, we are open to experienced spine surgeons. There is a real community need for an orthopedic spinal surgeon in the Bloomington, IL area – there is only one other orthopedic spine surgeon in a 40 mile radius in a community of more than 100 thousand.  A guaranteed compensation of $600K is offered, with an opportunity to grow well into seven figures.

The practice is the Team Physician for the entire athletic program of an NCAA Division I school, all local high schools and a semi-professional team in the area.  The practice also boasts a state of the art sports training and rehabilitation facility. The practice is affiliated with Advocate BroMenn.
