I heard from my home program that if you turn down your interview even within 2 wks. of your interview date they look down on you and your school as applicants--and that programs talk. So be careful about last minute decisions I guess.

In response to how the interview process has treated me...

OK, so I updated the list and tried my best to put them in alphabetical order so it is easier to find the programs you have applied to. They are basically by state, unless they start with North, South, etc... or by city name (or some other name), in which case I listed them under the first letter of the first word. If they were listed by initials that I had never heard of (in truth, I have not heard of many of these programs), I just listed them by the initials. I am sure there are some mistakes in the ordering and if someone else wants to fix my errors go ahead, I am done with it and don't plan on doing this again. Another tip to everyone, use the format seen below for new posts so future updaters can use cut and paste rather than having to retype many of them.
