I know different specialties tend to rank certain aspects of an application differently, and even within a specialty there will be some variation. In general what parts of the application seem to be the most important for those applying to orthopedic programs?
If you had to rank things like Step 1, MS3 grades (or grades in general), LORs, research, away rotation performance, etc, etc, how would you rank them?
