This 3 day course will cover most of the core curriculum for the foot and ankle. Hand on examination techniques with saw bone workshops, arthroscopy workshops and lecture aims to provide delegates with a core understanding of the management of common foot and ankle problems. Aimed at ST3-8, SAS and newly appointed Consultants.
The course consists of patient case presentations, anatomy with cadaveric dissection demonstration and topics include biomechanics and gait, the evaluation and treatment of forefoot, midfoot and hindfoot pain, the role of orthotics and what to prescribe.
