Here's what you need to know:
1. With this agreement, Intermountain Healthcare will assign a certified athletic trainer to cover all of the university's athletic events, including those on and off campus.
2. This contract brings four Intermountain Healthcare trainers to the university's athletic staff.
3. Southern Utah University graduate assistants in sports medicine will be hired on a part-time basis, in an effort to support hands-on education.
