Has anyone ever done an away rotation at Jefferson? If so how do you apply? I see the application they have online but they also have another "Registrar form for domestic students" to fill out. I can't find it anywhere. Does anyone know an email address who I can email? I called the office but got no response. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
