Its the middle of December and I've got 3 interviews scheduled for the month of January. I'm a little concerned that this is too few to pull of a match as many of my colleagues are well into the double digits for interviews. Any advice on how to score more interviews. THANKS!!

4 Total interviews (i've already done one, i have three scheduled for january, and there are two that I am unable to attend due to overlapping interview dates) So I 've been invited to six but tentatively can only attend 4

the other thing you may want to consider doing is talking to your chairman or dean of students. They may be able to go to bat for you if they really like you.

Don't give up yet. In the next couple of weeks many people should be giving up interviews that they have double booked. I have cancelled 3 in the last week. It is good manors to give at least 2 weeks notice so as the 2nd weeks of Jan approaches and there are many dates taht week some should open.

Good luck
