I matched, I am so grateful. That being said age was a big deal for me getting interviews I think. Those in my class with good grades but similar or lower Step I had 20+ interviews, where I had 14. Something to think about as I am 36.
Will say that I definitely felt out of place at Campbell Clinic, all the residents that I met were kids.
As for non trad friendly, that's a tough one. I think the smaller programs tend to be more non trad friendly but it's so competitive that most programs can get the pick of the littler and get youngsters as well.
As long as you're personable and work hard though I wouldn't worry about not matching, albeit I worried my ass off.
