Sorry if these questions have been answered previously -- I couldn't find it on here. But like all the 4th years out there, I'm trying to fill out my ERAS application. Had a question about work experiences - do people normally put work experiences from college? I didn't work full time after college/before med school or anything like that... these are just part time jobs and summer internships at an engineering firm, etc. Not sure what the normal thing to do was.

And for the research experience, I'm assuming people would recommend putting a very short description of the projects (1 line) with the findings (1 line). Or would you guys suggest some other format?

Thanks!

I added my paid clinical experience for my work experience. I think it serves three purposes: 1) if you have a gap between undergrad and medical school they would want to know what your line of work was, ie, career change, experience, etc. 2) if you had a meaningful medical job. I was a PT => FT pediatric medical assistant during my victory lap in college so I put it in my app. Figured it can only help, surely it won't hurt. 3) if you worked in medical school.
