Rush sub-i

I spent July at Rush and had a really great experience. Youre right, the app wont be up for a few months. you should contact the program coordinator asap to "reserve" a spot (beverly kendall-morgan). dont be too weirded out when the first thing she asks you is for your boards score. she will write you name down and ask for your service prefs. then you can apply in may when the formal app is available. there were also plenty of visiting students there in august and september. good luck.
