I think the subject line is self explanatory. I am currently attending Ross, and though I feel as though I will be able to compete with any US medical student, I realize that is not the most realistic idea. If anyone has any information on medical schools that accept FMG transfers please let me know. Also, if I would transfer, would a residency program look at my record and see that I was originally from an FMG program and give me the same prejudice?

thanks for your help

i know a guy who went to the first two years of med school in the carribean and then transfered to U of Wisconsin. He did not match his first try so he did a transitional year and did not match again this year. I have worked with him and i thought he was a nice, smart , motivated guy but my guess is that his carribean years bit him on the ass. Just my 2 cents
