Come on man! Posts like this are unnecessary. Just like OBetty is willing to pay $500 to keep it, I'm sure there are people, including you from the sound of it, who would be willing to pay more than that to get an interview spot. This is how the process works. Does it suck? Yes. But posts like yours doesn't change things. These people are your potential colleagues. Maybe you should start treating them like it.
