I'm an IMG from Singapore, has about 5 years of working experience in orthopedics in my home country and trying to match in the States.
Have Master of Medicine in orthopedic surgery from my home country and a passed Membership of Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh exam.
Step 1 is 225/94% and Step 2 CK is 231/95%, passed Step 2 CS and just got my ECFMG certification. Planning to sit for Step 3 next month.
Have got about 5 research publications in orthopedic journals.
Currently doing clinical observership of 2 months in US. Will be getting about 2 LoRs from US ortho surgeons.
Will apply to as many programs via ERAS as I can.
what are my chances of a match to any ortho program?
