Chances with below average COMLEX Score for Ortho

Hello,

I'm wondering what my chances are with:
USMLE - 240
COMLEX I - 570

I know my comlex score is below average for ortho spots so I am wondering where I should focus in terms of audition rotations or if it is worth it for me to continue pursuing this field.

Any advice would be appreciated.
