Responses from Ortho Programs

has anyone heard from them? My application hasn't been downloaded by this program though I applied in the 1st week of Sep.

Email today from UCSF stating applications would be reviewed after they have gotten the Deans letters...they will then send out interviews offers in early Dec.

Received today 10/18

Dear Applicant:
Thank you for your interest in our program.

This letter will serve to advise that our screening committee will not begin
reviewing applications until dean's letters are received. Accordingly, I do
not anticipate invitations to interview being distributed until the last week
of November/first week of December. Should there be any delays in that
process, I will update via ERAS email.

Don't worry most of the programs don't tell you anything until Nov 1st or later. It is tough to wait as everyone else is getting interviews but they often wait until the deans letter comes out then look at applications then the interviews pour out. Then the problem of trying to pick where to go since as you will see they are often on the same dates. Have fun. Glad I'm done with all of that.

got an interview offer from JPS

got an email from Baylor reminding me my application should be complete by Oct 15

thats about it!

Same for me, Wake and Virginia

wake sent me an email saying my app was complete

got one from UVA (virginia)...

1) gave supplemental form
2) gave interview dates (Dec 15th/Jan 5th)
