Interview Rejection Thread 2009-2010

Did you also get the second email from Loma Linda “recalling” the first one? Not sure exactly what that means...

Perhaps the coordinator realized she included everyone's email addresses in the reject letter and was hoping to "recall" the email before it went out.

Yeah, I guess that’s probably the most likely explanation. Oh well.

No.. that's not the case with loma linda.. I called.

They just ment to send it out via eras, but sent it out without BCC'ing everyone. They said it was very unprofessional and that's why the recalled it.

So, lucky for us, we're going to get *another* rejection letter from ERAS.

Is this the same email everyone got or is it a true wait list?

OH yeah, and add a rejection from Greenville (SC) via ERAs

heh.. interesting.. but again testament to how random this is.. last year i got an interview from SB, this year.. I got that.. go figure.

Anybody get a straight up rejection from Minnesota, or is this another one of those rejections in the form of a “wait list”?

My buddy and I both got "waitlisted" as well. Seems like Minnesota has found a nice way to do something mean.
