What programs in the SE would you NOT be able to get a "great" LOR from? There are endless possibilities in this region. To name a few: campbell clinc, cmc, vandy, emory, uf, orlando, uab, unc, wake, duke, chattanooga, kentucky, arkansas, miami (if you consider them SE).
