I'm a student applying for ortho. I've noticed on web-sites that a few schools have minimum USMLE cutoffs for visiting students who want to do an away rotation. Are these the same cutoffs used for applicant screening? Specifically, U of Wisconsin requires rotators to have above 230. Is this their cutoff for interviews/getting into the program? Any feedback is appreciated.
