Although I haven't received any yet, I'm sure that we're all doomed to get a few. I thought it might be helpful to everyone to start this thread along with the invitation thread... a good way to tell these programs "GFY"

If I may, I would simply LOVE to add another to my growing list. NO DC for me. GWU said that I was among several (hundred, because this was a mass e-mail) highly qualified applicants who they simply did not have the time to interview. I really think I would have more respect if they just said,"you suck, leave us alone." At least it would provide me a good laugh. Oh, well. I just hope the bleeding stops soon. Oh, yeah. GO VOLS!!! Goal, don't lose by thirty and it is a victory.

Here is my two cents for the week. Akron General and Cleveland Clinic Email on 12/3. UCSD, UC-irvine, UPenn, New Mexico, U of S. Alabama, Arkansas, Tulane, Maryland. What an Awesome week!

Brown rejection:
talk about insult to injury. I like how the subject was "interview at brown" only to find that the email had no text but an attachment with name "regret". Then found out that they CC'd the name and email address of every person rejected!

Actually, Stanford is accredited. They were placed on "probation" automatically for not having a chair. They have a chair now and should be removed soon. Just wanted to clarify that for people who don't know.
They really should have clarifed that in their email.

Stanford, though not accredited, has rejected me. That stings.
Tulane told me that Mardi Gras is over.
UC San Diego told me to "Stay Classy"

Medical College of Virginia and Tulane by email 12/2.

Wasn't too sure about Tulane since there was nothing in the email about where it was from, just that all of their spots were filled. The from address was @tulane.edu, so I assume Tulane is the one telling me enough people finally said yes so they don't have to string me along anymore.
